Do you ship internationally? TOP
Yes, I do ship all over the world. International customers need to email me prior to purchasing for a shipping quote. My website does not calculate international shipping and it is something that will have to be done manually. Do you take custom orders? TOP
Yes, I love custom work! Custom work is about 90% of my business and I enjoy working with customers to create that unique, perfect item just for them. Do you accept returns? TOP
Custom orders are non-refundable unless there was a mistake or error made on my part. No exceptions. Same applies to my pre-sized items. Under some circumstances, I will make exchanges. With exchanges, all items must be returned to me in its ORIGINAL CONDITION before a new item is made and shipped. I DO NOT refund shipping charges unless it was a mistake I made on your order. What types of payment do you accept? TOP
I accept PayPal only. It is free to have a PayPal account and you can pay via your checking account or through credit card.
Please note that when paying with PayPal, ALL addresses must be CONFIRMED addresses (this means a credit card has to be on file with PayPal to have a confirmed address). I will only ship to addresses on PayPal invoices. These addresses also must match up with the address you enter on my website. If paying with PayPal for multiple orders, all orders must be made with ONE PayPal payment. If you have ANY questions regarding these policies, please do not hesitate to email me. What is your shipping turnaround time? TOP
All ready to ship items will be mailed within 3 business days from date of purchase. They are generally mailed the next business day but sometimes life happens and I need a little extra time.
Custom orders are mailed within 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS from date of payment and information received. Camera bags, totes and laptop bags are currently 15-20 BUSINESS DAYS. If the package is to be shipped internationally, please allow another 5-15 days for delivery of your item. Unfortunately, I have no control over the amount of time it takes the USPS to ship your items. Do all of your camera straps come with padding? TOP
Yes. Every single one of my camera straps come padded AND fully lined for added comfort. You do not pay extra for these options. They are already included in the price of the item. Same goes for all of my other items.
